Marc McAllister, President and CEO

Marc McAllister, a 24-year motorcycle industry veteran has been named President of Tucker Powersports. Marc spent most of his career at Harley-Davidson, starting inproduct design and supply chain, he moved to senior roles leading the company’s sales and growth in Europe and Asia. As Vice President and Managing Director of Global Markets and previously the Asia-Pacific region, McAllister led sales, marketing and operations of the Motor Company while working closely with powersports dealers in each region.

Marc understands the powersports industry and the challenging business issues that our dealer/customers face. He is a motorcycle rider and he’s also a former board member of the American Motorcyclist Association and the European Motorcycle Manufacturers Association.

Alejandro “Hondo” Huerta, Chief Financial Officer

Alejandro “Hondo” Huerta brings over 15 years of progressive Financial experience with him and brings to Tucker a focus on Accounting, Finance, Risk, and Treasury. He has a strong record of successfully leading organizations across multiple industries and platforms including Consumer Products, Hospitality and Gaming. He has led major global bottom and top-line initiatives including footprint rationalization and global business strategy implementation. His focus is on the development of a strong culture of accountability driven through a clear understanding of business decisions on financial results.

Kristin Krotosky, Director Of Talent

Kristin comes to Tucker with 14 years of HR experience in a wide variety of industries. She will focus on expanding Tucker’s talent and organizational capability while working closely with the leadership team to develop new programs related to employee engagement, talent development, succession planning, and diversity. Kristin’s focus will be on honoring the culture we have while continuing to cultivate an environment where our people can grow and thrive. She has a successful track record of working with companies and leadership to create environments that foster positive employee development from the interview and on-boarding phase throughout their career.
